Not entirely true. there will be 2 5 minute Ford commericals during the program before and after the show, totaling around 10 min of commercials.

Nope, day 3 (Season 3) starts at 1:00 pm. It's the premier this Tuesday.

Wow! I really love this series but I have only watched them on DVD! THis will be the first time I will watch them live. If I find the anticipation killing me from week to week, I'll just stop watching and get the DVD's again. THey seem to come out pretty quickly. :-)

Yea I just learned that day 3 thing from my cousin,

BUT

When I saw the first ep of season 2, it was said that a year had past since his wife was murdered and he was an inactive agent. Wasnt that season 1? So this day 1, 2 and 3 doesnt seem to make sense. This will be the first time I watch this show so pardon my ignorance.

^^When people refer to "day 1" or "day 2" it doesn't mean they are back to back days. It's just referring to an all new season. Instead of saying "season 3" some people will just say "day 3."

Your birthday, graduation day, and wedding day are 3 days, but not necessarily consecutive (unless you are an amazing over-achiever).

Just thought of this...

Does anyone expect some kind of resolution between Jack and Nina and just everything between them? I can't see how they'd inject her into the storyline this season, but then again it would feel very unresolved especially since she just disappeared last season.

Also, does anyone care to see a resolution, or are you fine with what you saw last season between them?

I wonder if they'll explain what happened to President Palmer after the end of last season, since it looks like he's just fine for Season 3.

The only way to have a resolution between the two is to have one of them put a bullet in the other's head, most likely Nina's. Jack doesn't seem like the type of guy that would forgive his wife's killer, nor Nina one to apologize

Deleted spoiler tags above, since it's not a spoiler. I'd love it if Jack got put into a situation in which he could legitimately off Nina without any repercussions. Although I'm sure she'll have some ultra-important bit of information again, so he won't be able to kill her without losing the info.

Anyone else think that the one good thing about Kim (her cute hotness) is gone? To me, it looks like theyve tried to make her just hot, which actually isnt a good thing...the pics of her on the official site are bad.

Clicked the link.....and I now find (lower right)......

"Kim's CTU Desktop"

WTF? Don't tell me she's followed in her dad's footsteps and now works for CTU....

Yeah I think its pretty much confirmed that she works at CTU now. My guess is that she's a secretary or something of that sort, since she has no college or military training.

That would assume she had at least the skills necesary to be a secretary. I'm thinking weathergirl. Or coffeemaker... well, maybe the person who goes and buys coffee from Starbucks.

Who are you guys kidding. You don't think Jack has some pull after the past 2 events (seasons). I can see him saying that he will come back only if they let Kim train and work there.

Actually I read that Kim spends the majority of the season in CTU. I'm not sure what her official title is, but I know that she has difficulty convincing fellow employees that she's not just there because she is Jack's daughter.

Maybe she will be smart this season?
