Hmm...interesting that Dunder-Mifflin could afford the Monecito with their financial woes? ;)

stingermck 11-10-06 10:00 PM

"Dunder Mifflin has booked another ball room, so you might want to get some extra security guards"

I demand a crossover ep now!!

Goldberg74 11-10-06 10:01 PM

The JCPenney "Las Vegas" Episode Recap was aired one commercial break too early and ruined the rest of the episode for me.

The "recap" spoiled the following before it actually happened in the ep:

Spoiler:
- Ed throws Mike against the wall in the bathroom and they mention the janitor in the stall that wants to sue.

- Mary bombing in the Comedy Corral.

- Sam and her "Hired Muscle" confront the whale in Denver.

That sucked.

... but next week we have another...

Spoiler:
... Crossing Jordan cast appearance with Jill Hennessey and Jerry O'Connell.

MrX 11-10-06 11:39 PM

Liked the Dunder Mifflin reference. Watching Michael try and pickup Sam or Mary would be comical.

Brent_MN 11-11-06 03:07 AM

so does Sam sleep with anyone and everyone? geez.

Mary bombing at stand-up...

Danny asking Mike if he #2's in front of his gf...haha oh man.

Pretty good episode. Next week should be fun stuff.

yeah same here.. that REALLY sucked.. I don't really even see the point of the recap being it's not like Las Vegas has these super deep plot lines anyways..

also once again Mary was sort of pissy acting, even setting up future ep with her saying she was always just holding back in the past.. I'm guessing that in real life Nikki wanted more of a role then just happy girl next door but over all that just does not fit the show that well.. Sam is the bitchy one, Mary the girl next door goody goody and Delinda the sort of wild one..

other then that, pretty good ep.. Love the random lines the manicurist threw out this time..

Patman 11-11-06 10:19 AM

They should call it a "Precap".

DJariya 11-11-06 01:24 PM

Next weeks crossover with Crossing Jordan makes little sense considering

Spoiler:
Crossing Jordan hasn't started yet and last season left off with a cliffhanger where Jordan is on the run after being framed for murder. She was last seen in Washington DC trying to find the real killer of her ex-boyfriend reporter.

I'm still waiting for the Heroes crossover.

boogieman03 11-11-06 03:05 PM

Loved the Dunder Mifflin line.

And that's a bad thing, how? Hell if my Casino host looked like her and was as easy to impress, I'd be in Vegas every damn weekend.

boogieman03 11-11-06 06:03 PM

Sam is soo f'in sexy it hurts.

mikehunt 11-12-06 03:13 PM

those nips almost look fake
the whale really was one, in more ways than one

Xander 11-13-06 10:00 AM

Decent episode for the most part. Agreed that Mary is completely and utterly annoying this season. Get over yourself already! Of course he's going to choose Delinda over your bony, giant-lipped ass!

Las Vegas -- "A History of Violins" -- 11/17/06

"A History of Violins"

Cast: James Caan, Josh Duhamel, Molly Sims, Nikki Cox, James Lesure, Vanessa Marcil, Jill Hennessy, Jerry O'Connell, Lawrence Taylor.
Producer(s): Gary Scott Thompson, Gardner Stern, Justin Falvey, Darryl Frank, Matt Pyken , Kim Newton.

Original Airdate: November 17, 2006.

DJariya 11-17-06 05:25 PM

At least I'm getting somewhat of a Crossing Jordan fix tonight. It will be good to see Jill and Jerry back on TV.

DJariya 11-18-06 04:55 AM

Personally I thought this episode was kinda stupid. The whole violin thing was lame and Jordan and Woody were written so out of character from their Crossing Jordan roles. I did like Jill's new straightened hair.

Red Dog 11-18-06 08:07 AM

Jill looked awesome in this one.

Patman 11-18-06 08:21 AM

This episode was pretty silly, even for LV's standards. Mary's clothings appears to becoming tighter and tighter with each episode this season.

MrX 11-18-06 11:10 PM

Woody was funny this ep and I agree Jill looked good. That's about the only good things about the episode.

Brent_MN 11-20-06 02:31 AM

yeah kinda boring. Sam hardly had anything to do this episode...pretty lame. Same with Mary. Next episode looks lioke it's gonna be pretty intense tho...

Spoiler:
Shooter McGavin!!!

Las Vegas "Delinda's Box, Part I and II" - 12/1/06 (2 hours)

http://www.nbc.com/Las_Vegas/images/main_top.jpg

Spoiler:
DELINDA'S BOX, PART I AND II
9pm 2006-12-01 ALL NEW!

SECRETS AREN'T THE ONLY THING BURIED-- Ed (James Caan) and Danny (Josh Duhamel) only have twelve hours to save Delinda (Molly Sims) from her kidnappers, so they must steal 50 million dollars from the Montecito or she will be buried alive. Meanwhile, at the Montecito, Mike (James Lesure) and Sam (Vanessa Marcil) try to figure out whether a Buddhist Monk's major winning streak is just a scam. Elsewhere, a flu epidemic hits the Montecito and Mary (Nikki Cox) tries to cover for the many employees who call in sick. Cheryl Ladd, Christopher McDonald, and James Hong also guest star.

Anyone still watching this show? I think tonights two episodes sound interesting, and I hope they do something good with Christopher McDonald.

Red Dog 12-01-06 09:26 AM

Las Vegas has a short-enough season as is - so they decide to put 2 on one-night? :hscratch:

I think they are still behind on the scheduled airings since the season premiere got pushed back a week. There are still 12 more episodes in the season.

Snowmaker 12-01-06 09:49 AM

Damn! I was hoping it wasn't new tonight so I could catch up on last night's shows!

And not only is it new, but 2 hours?!
