Part 1 and part 2.

MrX 12-01-06 02:18 PM

I'd prefer Sam's box but this will do.

DJariya 12-01-06 03:06 PM

Though the season is only 17 episodes, I am glad that NBC gave us something than nothing. Hopefully tonights episodes and the remaining 11 will convince NBC to keep this show on the air and hopefully next year we will get a full 22 episode season.

Borst 12-01-06 09:51 PM

we need a video clip of Sam saying "im not wearing any panties, or a bra, im completely shaved, bald"

Red Dog 12-01-06 10:10 PM

Where do I sign up to be Monty the Prospector?

Good episode but I don't know why Shooter McGavin thought that Jillian would be able to get them out of Vegas if they killed Ed. The very end of the episode was cool though - the lesson always is - don't fuck with Ed.

Patman 12-01-06 10:48 PM

I LMMFAO at Mike beating up Monty Montecito, and then when Mary was trying to extract her bubblegum in that thicket of back hair on the hotel critic.

Red Dog 12-01-06 10:56 PM

I loved Mary in the short skirt maid outfit.

Patman 12-01-06 11:06 PM

It's weird how her boobs disappeared (in projected volume) in her DJ outfit, but look bigger with more revealing tops.

MrX 12-01-06 11:35 PM

Monty was great:lol:

I kept waiting for Christopher McDonald to do the finger pistols whenever he hot off the phone with Ed.

Goldberg74 12-02-06 12:08 AM

I didn't like any of the eps tonight or any of the side stories... especially Danny playing "G.I. Joe"... give me a break.

Patman 12-02-06 01:03 AM

Danny is supposedly a badass marine.

mkdevo 12-02-06 09:46 AM

danny was getting all 'jack bauer' when ed 'blew up'..

The backstory on Danny is that he is a decorated Special-ops Marine. Revist the last episode of season 1 when he ships out. His second season subplot revolves around him returning "damaged" by his experiences in Iraq.

Yep - it's the reason why Ed respects him and thinks of him like a son (and probably the only man he would truly be comfortable with marrying Delinda).

I know his story. I just thought that he did a lousy job of it.

This part of his back story really bothers me. At the beginning of the first season it was already said he was a pretty good marine, but he seemed so slow on picking up on stuff that the viewer could see.
It just didn't seem right.

Dr. Henry Jones, Jr. 12-02-06 05:21 PM

well i really liked the episodes. Christopher McDonald was great.

Patman 12-02-06 08:50 PM

So... was the monk cheating or incredibly lucky/karmic?

movieking 12-02-06 11:05 PM

Lucky/Karmic IMO

Original Desmond 12-03-06 02:44 AM

Overall a good double episode. I do think Ed and Danny being bad ass marines or whatever has now been done to death and should be laid to rest.

When Danny threw the grenade at the end, how did he know the hostage takers weren't using Delinda as a human shield ?

anyway overall with the silly subplots, decent episodes

Brent_MN 12-03-06 11:50 AM

there were plenty of LOL moments on this double-sode. pretty decent overall. but yeah, I'm hoping they get some sort of story arc going again. S1 and S2 were good for me but S3 dragged and this one is shaping up to do the same :)

I'll still watch it tho. Sam saying to the monk about her being shaved...bald...my jaw dropped.

Mike beating Montys ass was great!

Rogue588 12-03-06 02:46 PM

I was SO SURPRISED that they got Delinda back (no really, who picked that name?)! I'm also TOTALLY SURPRISED that Ed didn't die! These shows were FULL of surprises!

Actually, I was kinda hoping Delinda would die...oh well.

OldDude 12-03-06 03:25 PM

Well, I was slightly surprised that "kill them all" wasn't a figure of speech.
Danny and Ed are "old school."
