OK, just saw the 2nd episode on today...she really is a dumbass. Like retarded. But he sticks with her, obviously. You'd have to be braindead to give her up.

Funny editing on this show...similar to the Osbournes and every other Real World show. They make Nick look like he wants every other girl, and Jessica look like a dumb whore.

Nick seems like the guy who just gets annoyed at everything the wife says. How natural, I love it!

Excuse my ignorance, but who is this Nick guy? Is he a solo singer or in a group? From the little tidbits I've heard about them it's assumed that everyone knows who he is and I've never heard of him before. Man do I feel old!

I had to watch this show based on all you guys talking about it.
I DVR'd both episodes last night and just watched it now.

I must say that hand's down she has to be the mascot for all the dumb blonde jokes out there- she is an insult to to each blonde woman out there. She is a jealous, stuck up little B***** (I was going for something stronger)- She is a flash in the pan with no talent and no soul whatsoever. (The tuna comment proved how stupid and ignorant she really is)- Nick is a nice guy and deserves better- but he made the decision to be henpecked with her- ("I don't like folding clothes", "I thought a maid was going to do this")- what kind of bull**** is that- I give this happy couple a year or less before Nick wises up and says so long his patience will wear real thin.

I just don't get what he sees in her. She is somewhat attractive (although she seems to always have the deer-in-the-headlights, clueless look), but that dude probably has access to much hotter chicks than her. I'm sure he could score them. She has nothing going on upstairs.

I finally caught two eps last night. You guys are hard (no pun intended) on Jessica. She's spoiled but her parents are partly to blame. She's said and done some goofy things but she seems like a really sweet girl. She's hot but doesn't appear to be vain.

Yeah I think she's pretty average in the brains department. I've had similar conversations with lots of people in real life just like the ones they have on this show. I don't think shes any stupider than the average 20 year old.

I think they are both refreshingly normal. I like this show much better than the Osbournes.

She comes off as pretty stupid, but she said that she has lived in hotels for years and years. Her Mom took care of everything she ever needed. She has no frame of reference to "common" things. The thing that gets me the most is how much she constantly whines. I would not be able to take that. Just watching one episode of the show makes me yell out for her to shut up. How can anyone live with that?
