Kim Cattral.

I'd have sex with her in a second. Damn!

She deserved this.

das - I honestly haven't seen The Shield, so I can't say one way or the other....I just think Gandolfini has continually provided some of the best acting on television - ever. He's amazing, and I just don't see how you could vote otherwise....but i'm just a schlub sitting at home on a sunday night, so what do I know?

Oh, he is amazing. I suggest watching The Shield, though, if you want to understand how one could vote otherwise.

Great to see Cattral win. The evolution of her character during the last season was acted beautifully, and she deserves the recognition.

Hell. All Edie Falco had to do was mention the finale episode and I would have voted for her.

James was great this season (as always), but Chiklis is the new thing around town (you know The Golden Globes have to reward something new every year)

Jennifer Garner - Alias
Keifer Sutherland - 24

But hey I would have voted for Chiklis. I love The Shield.

Eminem was robbed. That U2 song is one of the worst they've written and U2 is even one of my favorite bands.

Whoa...watch the language Bono.

Yeah, I would have voted for "Lose Yourself" in a heartbeat. Good to see Bono on stage dropping the F-Bomb, though.

Does Havey Winston put it in your contract that you must thank him if you win a award or something?

Last year, I was pretty pissed with 24's nomination in this category, but this year has been a much stronger and consistent season. What a kickass group of shows and the best example of why anyone who says there's nothing good on TV should be shot in the face.

Best TV Series Drama: The Shield

I'm happy with this, but I soooo wanted The Sopranos.

Great win for The Shield!!! I don't know how you pick between those 4 amazing shows, so you may as well give it to The Shield for putting together such a daring program.

My God, I didn't think it was possible to hate Celine Dion any more, but those incessant ads are pushing it to another level.

And that Dr. Pepper ad is horrible as well.

I think Gene is a great actor, but hopefully De Niro will get this award next year.

These intros and outtros are getting very tiresome. Dick Clark's faux enthusiasm for "so many stars in one room" is laughable, and do we really need "a major film award will be presented when we return" comments? Gee, really?

Typical Harrison Ford, so apathetic he can't be bothered to pronounce all the syllables in the nominated films (or feign enthusiasm).
