Why aren't the Crockett Cup's available on the WCW PPV's? They just added all of the Clash of the Champions but those were on free TV.

Re: The Official WWE Network Thread
The Crockett Cups were more glorified house shows than PPV event. They were taped but more for highlights than as an actual 3-4 hour PPV. The VHS shows that exist are SEVERELY edited versions of the tournament which makes me question if any of the tournaments exist in full at all.

The first Crockett cup ran over 2 days and was never released on Turner Home Video, that I have ever seen, but they did advertise it on the Saturday night show. I remember calling to order it but I didn't have a credit card or checking account yet. The others never aired on TV, except for random clips, and were only released on Turner Home Video.
They did say that every thing in the WWE vault would be on the network so they should show up.

Has anyone had a difference in streaming between their PC, and game console? On the mac, it pauses, blips, and fezzes momentarily. Once it went for. Full screen to the reduced video screen for no reason at all. I turned the PC off and put the network on my PS3 and it's fine.

Whenever I download this app on my Xbox One, all I get is a blank red screen when I open the program. Anyone else having this issue...or have a solution? Yes, I've uninstalled and re-installed several times with no luck.

I think I won't be renewing my subscription when it expires next month. It's nice to watch the old PPV but is not enough for me. I think I'll re-sign when they add old episodes of Raw and Smackdown.

Yep. It's a little buggy (sometimes you need to reload a video twice). But the interface is smooth & most importantly, it saves your place automatically when you watch something.
Its funny, I have almost no interest in watching new matches, but those legend roundtables and career retrospectives on guys from the 70-90s are fantastic.

I imagine that there will be an influx of new content in September to entice all of the original subscribers to re-up. Personally, I'm hoping for the old Saturday night World Championship Wrestling tv shows. When I had WWE 24/7 way back in it's early days, that was the one thing that I always made sure to watch each week.

Don't they add new (old) RAWs every week? I guess if you're waiting for a particular era, I can see why it might be tough to wait, but old RAWs are the one thing in their vault that they're consistent with. At the rate they're going, they'll be up to the Monday Night Wars within the next month or two.

I don't have Apple TV, so I don't know if it's different, but on the website they're in "In Ring" section under "Raw Replays." From there you can select what year you want. Everything from the first episode up until 2/6/95 is available. There's also select episodes available from pretty most years up until 2012. Starting from 2012 they have every episode (I think). Same is true of Smackdown. Select episodes from past years and everything from 2012 on.

I posted about this in the wrestling thread, but it also should be here:
Saturday Night's Main Event is expected to be added to WWE Network next week.
Also, The Monday Night War is debuting on the network on Monday at 11 (in place of RAW Backstage Pass). It will then move to a regular timeslot (not yet known when).

I just got an email that they're doing a free trial all this week that doesn't require any credit card information. Must be getting desperate.

Is Monday Night War when they combine RAW and Nitro on the same program? At least that's what it was with WWE 24/7. Don't know when it started or stopped.

I would like too see one hour documentaries on most(if not all) of all the wrestlers in the WWE HOF,either that or have an hour show of matches(squash matches much appreciated). It would be interesting if they have an hour of footage on Bobo Brazil.

I can't wait to dig through the SNMEs. There is a Brain Busters vs. Rockers 2 out of 3 fall match that was a childhood favorite of mine. Andre & Warrior, and Roberts & Savage are two others I want to see again.

Re: The Official WWE Network Thread
Do a lot of the videos not stay full screen on laptops? I was playing around yesterday and today and anything, except an old raw episode, that I opened to full screen would close back to the site window when I tried doing anything else.
Of course it could just be a senior moment for me.

I went ahead and signed up for the free trial, I just wanted to see what its like. All of the late 90s pay per views are great, but I though they would have up all the old Raw and Smackdown episodes, so far I haven't found any.

Re: The Official WWE Network Thread
^^^Thanks, I figured it out right before you posted it. I spent some of my day off watch it, and enjoyed all the old raw and smackdown episodes. But I wish they had more of them up, and not just a few. Is it really necessary to carry a disclaimer and a 'Viewer Discretion Advised' warning label on any thing form the attitude era. The WWE had no problem with it in the 90s, but now they are running away from it. Also does the Royal Rumble 99 really need a TV-MA rating attached to it. I know its because of the Rock-Mankind 'I quit' Match, but its not that bad.
