I picked up the Coogan/Brydon movies The Trip to Spain/Greece. Oddly, the first The Trip movie as well as The Trip to Italy are not even on Vudu. They are on iTunes however.

And the digital copy from the new UHD Steelbook only gives you the theatrical cut on VUDU, though you do get it in HDX as a bonus if you pick iTunes. So if you want both, this is your chance.

I guess doesn’t make sense to get digital if I have the new restoration blu. Has to be better pic than any digital could provide.

So, I redeemed in iTunes and didn’t get bootleg as extra. Only theatrical redeemed and bootleg still have to pay for. What gives? Or is that only if you buy UHD disc?

I think you can only watch the extras on iPhones, iPads, and the Apple TV streaming devices. You can't watch iTunes extras on Apple TV+ apps on Roku or Fire sticks.

Wow so everything but Apple+. I couldn’t get it on iPhone either. That stinks. Oh well.

You have to have your iPhone in landscape mode to see the extras.

If you have a Roku you can use airplay to stream it to your tv. I don’t know if Firesticks have that ability.

Just to confirm. I redeemed my Almost Famous Blu-ray HD code on iTunes and it gave me Almost Famous Theatrical Cut in 4k and the Bootleg Cut as an extra in HD. I can play the Bootleg Cut on my Roku via Air Play.

I scratch my head at the way Vudu frequently puts Mullholland Drive and the Graduate in their $4.99 sales when they’re rental only. It’s like they’re just uploading a file without looking at what’s in it.
