Everything that I had free shipping on has arrived. The last order I placed wound up being on backorder. Since it was a higher ticket item, I paid the $6 for UPS shipping. According to the tracking info, it's supposed to be here today.

My DVD Planet test concluded today as my order arrived. Twelve days in shipping and no taxes. Very nice

Well, I had a BIG problem with both DVD Planet and DDD. An order from DVD Planet (shipped on 6/18) and one from DDD (shipped on 6/19) never showed up. And a later order from DDD (shipped on 6/27) has yet to show up either. Strangely, I have received all of my later orders from DDD that shipped a week or more later than the aforementioned missing items.

I called DVD Planet and DDD and they are reshipping both of the earlier missing orders at (or so they say) "expedited" level. I guess I can't complain too much about their CS, as they were very polite and cooperative. I think the real problem is in their warehouse/order fulfillment personnel. I think during these big sales when they get hammered with business, they either space out or get lazy and mark stuff as "shipped" in the computer when it really wasn't.

No, but I have a feeling people are going to be waiting on Criterion shipments for a while.
