www.deepdiscount.com did my first order and very happy with their service, the US discs look better quality then the canadian ones and don't have space on the discs wasted with French, so I'm ordering from USA now stuff Canada especially after all my complaining to their regulatory authorities about the non-refund of my credits came on deaf ears...

I've use deepdiscount and they are pretty good - a little slow though, even on pre-ordered stuff - about 4 weeks.
Playing it safe though now and Amazon-ing often!

This is my first post. I found the forum after looking for info on DVDSoon as they owe me over $100.
I would like to be involved in any legal proceedings if any are to arise from this forum please.
I have been trying to get my mmoney back for nearly 4 months now! They changed their policy the day before my items were to be sent out, then I found out that they would not be sent!!!

I am / was a frequent customer of DvDsoon. At the moment DvDsoon still me owe a lot of money. I have been in touch with the police in Canada and they want as many people as possible to e-mail them on [email protected] to tell them their DvDsoon horror stories and how much money is outstanding etc... Please mark your E-mail subject DvDsoon.
