I tried changing my credit card info but can't.
Hopefully, the company will fix this asap.
I was able to change my account to bill me later but now I can't logout from their webpage.
I also checked my account and no one has ordered any dvds.

Fired off an e-mail regarding the issue -- I hope everyone else does the same and/or they receive a few phone calls regarding this issue. And I hope this prompts them to fix it ASAP.

I just logged in and deleted my personal information. Thank you for the warning!
The last card I had used with them was a one-time use number, but I wasn't sure it was, but I didn't like having my details on display to anyone who happened to click on my page.

I haven't run into the problem myself. I tried a couple of times on a couple of browsers and I always ended up in my account and was able to logout/login w/o problems.
I changed it over to Bill Me Later anyway in case someone else ends up in my account though.
One thing people might want to consider, if you change the email address to something else/something fake you aren't going to be able to monitor the account as well. If you leave it as your email address you'll see if people order something, DDD will have some place/means by which to contact you, and those who are nice like some of you have been will have a method of contact as well. Balance that against someone finding your email address, which generally isn't too hard anyway, and doing something w/ it, it seems better IMHO to leave it as it is. If you are really worried about it switch it to a secondary address or something but changing to a fake address seems to be the wrong approach IMHO. Just something to consider

I am not able to log out of the other peoples names that pop up. If I log out of 1 name another person's account info pops up. I want to get to my account to switch my info but it will not allow me to log out of their account and back into mine.

This is more than scary. I walked through several peoples accounts and it appeared I could order under them as well.
All I was doing was try to navigate through my own but it gave me three peoples accounts.
Would not let me change my information . Good thing my credit card has limited exposure.

OK, wait a minute -- if the problem is that people can get information on *logged in* accounts, wouldn't it just be smarter not to log in and leave it alone?
Anyone hear back from DDD on this? This is indeed quite serious.

I just went to the site, and each of the three accounts when I came up when I logged in had been changed to "Bill Me Later". It appears that indeed the site is sending out details for whoever has just logged in or recently logged in -- it really seems to me like the best course of action here is to *not* log in and change your info.

Just sent an email to Dave in FAll River MA to let him know I was logged in as him. I think he's all set becauz there was no cc info, but it is very spooky.
Does just staying logged out take care of the problem?

Anyway, since I'm already logged in I can't figure out how to log out. Any suggestions?
