Any number for FOX other than the B4G1 number, or is that the number for all customer service needs? Thanks.

Anyone have a number for DVDsoon? Or an email address that they read and respond to? They are ignoring my emails. They've taken so long to fulfill my order that I have moved and am trying to tell them my new address...

Thanks.

Can anyone verify if [email protected] still works? I've had a problem with one of my orders, and all my email to this address for the past week or so has bounced back as undeliverable. Thanks.

iveal, I had a problem a few weeks ago, e-mailed [email protected], and received a reply within 48 hours, so as of about a month ago it did work. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Total Action Universe

Does anyone have a number for Total Action Universe? I need to cancel my order, and no one answers the numbers listed on their site (1-877-40-TOTAL and 604-525-9245).

Does anyone have a Sony Pictures telephone/email that could aide me in attempting to replace a "rattler"? The reason I ask is because Tri Star is owned by Sony and their website isnt too user friendly. Thanks in advance for the assistance.

I've been looking for a working number for 2 days now and I have found nothing. I even called my credit card company to see if they had any info on TAU. I've been calling like crazy for 2 days and haven't reached anybody.

Maybe the dozens of e-mails I've sent them will help me but I'm not going to get my hopes up.

Is Digitaleyes defunct? Their website is still up, but when I tried to call them, all numbers came back as no longer in service. Thanks for any info.

It seems that online business that has no phone number and only a P. O. box for an address are not suttle enough hints for Amazon that something maybe a miss. I appreciate the info, because after a week a daily e-mails requesting a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) Number (which they won't accept returns without), I have failed to get even 1 e-mail back in response but my parents card was charged within the hour. (This was supposed to be a Christmas present for me, sent with expedited shipping guaranteed to arrive by the 23rd-I got it the 27th and it was the wrong DVD)- I got a single DVD when the order was for a giftpack of 5 DVD's. The person I spoke with on the phone gave me a RMA and said i was the 3rd person to comment on the lack of numbers generated so she would call tech support! Ah the wonders of SQL database programming...

Over All though this phone number is the Holy Grail for the company to achieve a response! Thank You so very, very, very much!
