How to tell if an order is cancelled on DVDPlanet

I had sent an email two day ago asking for the cancellation of an order on DVDPlanet. Till today, I've yet to receive a reply from them. Is there an indication on the order history page that an order is cancelled? Currently, both the shipping date and tracking # is N/A. Is this the indication?

Their order history page is a joke. It was never accurate even before their meltdown last summer. The only thing you can do is call them and try to get a verbal confirmation from a CS. A few months ago while they were in transition, even that may have not been accurate as all my "cancelled" preorders started randomly popping up in my mailbox and charge card anyway. Not sure if they've gotten they're act together, but just be wary and watch your CC statement.

Thanks, guess I have to follow up with them if I still have not received a response by tomorrow.
