Bill Geiger - a member here at the forum was able to find out a number for Playcentric through his credit card statement online. That number is:
441-293-8067
I just called it myself and it led to a voice mail as of 5:16 p.m. pacific time. At least it is a start. Maybe they are in the office during normal business hours Eastern time. The number listed earlier in this thread was only off by one number.
