I've used skip doctor on dvd's and games. I've recovered some pretty bad looking discs. Of course if the printed side is damaged or the play side is deeply gouged then it's a lost cause......

I'm done with netflix. it's just gotten worse and worse. i've yet to get anything other then an auto reply from their customer service and now it's taking over a week to turn around three movies....

My turnaround is three days total. So if i mail Monday, I get the new discs on Wednesday. Occationally they take an extra day to check in the return but that's an exception.
