The first and last covers have way too much going on, my eyes go all over the place when looking at it. The second one is more fitting, though it'd be better in color.

I'd say Collateral is way overrated. At least Heat doesn't use coincidences to progress the story. For me that totally ruined the movie, along with the out of place attempts at humor.
