Clerks 2 HD-DVD?

A while I saw an announcement that Clerks 2 was coming to HD-DVD in early 2007, but I can't seem to find any pre-order info anywhere? Has this been canceled?

Just got done watching the first disc of Firefly; an AWESOME blind buy! Its like space meets the wild west... excellent show so far; makes me wonder why they cancelled. For $20 bucks, its a steal!
