Damn, didn't see any of this at my Wal-Mart this morning.

I should complete my Dark Angel series, even though season 2 got really stupid.

I'm thinking that too. Even though I could not get into it when it aired.

I almost bought Firefly during DDD's 20% off sale. But then they bumped up the price mid-sale and I decided to wait.

So I checked out a copy from my local library and I watched the first hour last night. I'm liking it so far. $19.97 is a super low price.

Murder One is a great show, and for that price, I will double dip to give it as a gift.

That's a great price for Firefly. Paid $24.XX during the DDD sale and thought THAT was a steal. Awesome show.

If you bought it a B&M, you could always buy a copy at Wal-Mart and return it at the other store with the first receipt.

This doesn't always work.

I once received a Lord of the Rings DVD via Amazon.com as a gift. Unfortunately I already owned a copy so I thought I would exchange it at Wal-Mart for store credit. I figured this was no big deal since they could simply re-shelve it and sell as one of their own.

But Wal-Mart couldn't accept it because it was different than the DVD that they sold. Visually they were both the same two disc widescreen version. The UPC codes were apparently different.

So YMMV.

Went to 2 Walmarts and didn't see any Dark Angel's, Firefly's, or Arrested Development's. I saw Millenium, Buffy, and Angel on the the shelf but prices were higher. Didn't try scanning any of them.

I might try this other one tomorrow. They were the only one that had Fletch.

The one Wal*Mart I went to didn't have the Lost in Space sets... but I did find Fantastic Four w/bonus disc for $13.96.

The electronics clerk at my local store told me these will not hit the floors of most Wal Mart stores until December 27. That's the official date for the sale to begin.

Well, for $19.99 I'll pick up Murder One, if only for the one episode I missed. At the time, I was kicking myself during one of those "Previously On..." openings because I saw new scenes. I thought I had somehow missed an episode (in the pre-internet, pre-TIVO era). It wasn't until I saw das' DVD Talk Review that I discovered one episode never aired. Friggin' ABC!

Found:

Dark Angel S1
Dynasty S1
Buffy S1
Arrested Development S1
M*A*S*H S1
Malcom in the Middle S1
Reba S1
Wonderfalls Complete Series
The Lone Gunmen Complete Series
Ally McBeal S1
In Living Color S1
NYPD Blue S1
Futurama S1
Remington Steele S1
Mary Tyler Moore S1
The Pretender S1
King of the Hill S1

Would love to get Dark Angel S2, but it was nowhere to be found.. and seems a little odd to be included, considering every other season I've seen is a Season 1 release.
