I guess it varies by area. The prices at my B&N are consistently as good as or better than the ones at Borders, mainly due to the stackable coupons which are rarely found at Borders and always exist...

If prices are the same, the only time the Borders one can really be better is if you're buying 4 or 8 DVDs... so the example above is stupid. Its just simple: Buy2Get1 is better than Buy3Get1...
