I can find nos 1-4 and 6-10, but not 5. Several search tangents reveal nothing.

Anybody know if it's there? Or if not, why not?

What I'm seeing is definitely not an artistic decision to play with different film stocks, grain, etc.

So, how's this working out for you guys?
