I really don't believe for a second that Swift is gay.

Having said that...

She is an unmarried adult, which means she is allowed to have sex with whoever she wants, and it is nobody else's business.

I am afraid to listen to her music anymore since it will bring up bad memories of Super Bowl 58

Question: if the Kansas City Chiefs lose the Super Bowl, will Taylor quickly dump him?

I don't think the NFL will allow that. This will be the most watched Super Bowl ever.

Re: Taylor Swift -- Discussion Thread

Should be a big night at the Grammys for her, she's nominated for 6 Grammys including Record of the Year and Song of the Year for Anti-Hero and Album of the Year for Midnights (which would be a record 4th AotY win). SZA and Olivia Rodrigo are her main competition in Album. She will attend but will NOT perform, unfortunately. Saving her voice for her international tour which resumes this week.

She just changed her profile picture to a B&W version. Suspect that means an announcement of Reputation Taylor's Version incoming...

Re: Taylor Swift -- Discussion Thread

I like her but part of me feels a bit like she’s going to get to the point of overexposing herself and making people sick of her.

I mean she just released a new album a couple years ago, plus has been doing the Taylor’s Versions re-releases of her older albums, plus the Eras Tour/movie.

Also not entirely of her doing but the NFL and being at the Chiefs games all the time and getting shown. Maybe I’m wrong but feels like a lot of Taylor. Just curious if eventually people may turn.

My wife did pre-order the new album on vinyl though.

Re: Taylor Swift -- Discussion Thread

I was at a Chris Issac show and he told a story about Stevie Nicks gifting him tickets to a TS show and letting him use her private jet to go. I sincerely doubt she is in danger of overexposure as people can not seem to get enough of her and she broke Ticketmaster and may be in a position to truly break Ticketmaster (although that seems to have gone to the wayside.) She could truly run for POTUS when/if she is old enough and shoot her ex-BF in the middle of the road and the Swifties would not care.

She's 35 this year, while that won't be before Election Day,
it would be before Inauguration Day though

Re: Taylor Swift -- Discussion Thread

She'll be alright for years to come. I mean when you have the Japanese Embassy/Government saying that TS will make her trip from Japan to Vegas for the Super Bowl safely and comfortably, you're pretty much juiced in everywhere.

The new album title is cumbersome to say the least, though.

Yeah, and after albums named Fearless, Speak Now, Red, 1989, Reputation, Lover, Folklore, Evermore, and Midnights, certainly a departure.

Track listing :

Starting Track 1 with "Fortnight" (Feat. Post Malone) is a choice.

She's going to be out of the US until the end of August, so maybe the US media will let up on their obsessive coverage of every move she makes
