I have tried to get into her music but she just isn't for me. I will get the double album that comes from when she and Kelce break up.

. Now that you mention it , she does write many songs about her exes! I've never heard anyone point that out before. What a unique perspective you bring.

I was wondering about the Eras Tour movie : Will it be rated R? I think that's incredibly stupid, but there are multiple F-bombs on Betty, one on 10-minute All Too Well. Will they drop out the audio like Disney+ did with Hamilton, or do they release it as an R or Unrated? So stupid, but that is the MPAA's policy, right?
Edit : According to AMC it's NR.

After listening to Taylor Swift songs play on KC sports talk radio this past week. 🤣 I have seen various entertainment news stories covering the potential relationship and they act like Travis Kelce is unknown. I find that odd since he's been a top tight end for almost a decade and the Chiefs have been consistently winning ever since Andy Reid became head coach. Kelce is making all the right moves to impress her which I think is pretty cool. Swifties are definitely a weird fan base though.

Travis Kelce probably wasn't a household name, though, despite having two Super Bowl rings.
If people don't follow NFL football, they probably wouldn't know who he was. The quarterbacks get all of the name recognition. Chiefs fans definitely know who he is, and probably of the most of the football fans except for the most casual ones. But I don't think his name has filtered into the regular pop culture the way Patrick Mahomes, Tom Brady, and Aaron Rodgers have. Though he might have piggybacked into zeitgeist the way Gronk did with Brady.
He did host SNL, though, so there's that.

He’s in a ton of commercials right now. Campbell’s Chunky Soup, State Farm, Pfizer, Lowe’s, Direct TV.
I can’t think of any active NFL player, besides Mahomes who has more high-profile national ads right now. Aaron Rodgers looks to have taken a step back, whether that was his choice or the corporations’.

I don't follow the NFL, and I really didn't know Kelce before this started. I don't watch commercials. I really only follow college football, and I mainly only follow my team. I do watch the Super Bowl every year, but I don't pay close enough attention apart from the coaches and quarterbacks.

I'm not a huge sports fan and only really follow the Chiefs in the NFL and the Royals in MLB, so I sort of have blinders on when it comes to high profile athletes.
ETA -- I looked up the Campbells and Lowes commercials online. Definitely haven't seen those in the wild.

That Chunky Soup one is on all the time.
In related news, a week ago they hadn't even met, but now Brittany Mahomes is in the most sacred inner circle.

Taylor is attending the Chiefs game tonight with a bunch of X-Men.

Must be funny for Kelce. In the "non-QB division" he might be the most famous football player around, and he's getting a taste of how that don't mean shit compared to the stratosphere Taylor's in.

Maybe off topic but I remember Purple Rain was rated "R" and I was about 10 or 11 when it came out and I wanted to see it but had to wait until the 90's to watch it since it never showed up on HBO and did not have Showtime or the money or car to go rent it myself on VHS.
I assume a lot of people that were underage saw that movie back then since the soundtrack was so popular.

Seeing the film on Friday night, at Cinemark XD Theater (IMAX AMC showings sold out immediately). Will be dressed in full Eras Tour merch, of course (and maybe a Chiefs cap as well
). Can't wait.
