Not good. I tend to align with his reviews pretty closely.

I posted this in the other Solo thead, but I found it very interesting as I don't know if it's just a coincidence or there is a correlation between the 2 movies:

I am starting to notice with many of the critic reviews that the ones who love TLJ, are not big fans of Solo the movie. While the ones who hated TLJ like Solo the movie.

Thursday night tickets for this are moving decidedly slower than either Infinity War or Deadpool, at least in my area. Early shows are filled, but tons of open seats on shows 9PM or later.

I read where Harrison Ford gave a thumbs up.

Glad that advance ticket sales are not nuts because I have not bought my tickets for the Sat. morning matinee yet. I had to buy my Sat morning Infinity War ticket weeks before it opened and even then I got lucky with a decent seat right below the top row. It sounds like if I buy tonight I can still select a nice seat.

I am genuinely looking forward to seeing Solo.

I'll MoviePass this sometime next week. Not going to rush out for Solo.

Our show at 6 last night was packed. Mostly families.

Anyone seen the 3-D? How was it?

Not doing great at the box office. I just can’t get motivated to see this. My kids had no interest either in seeing this today. I’ll probably just wait for the blu ray.

Wanted to post here too in case anyone isn't reading the spoiler thread, but I went last night and it was a blast. This is a space western/heist movie that reminded me more than once of Firefly and had a lot of fun moments and Alden doesn't channel Harrison Ford, instead he finds a different place to be Han Solo and it works.

There's fan service aplenty, but it's so much fun you can't help but enjoy it.

If you want something to do today, I think you'll really enjoy this.

I think I'll enjoy it at home in a few months. I was on the fence about seeing this in theaters, but based on feedback, I can wait for this.
