Bruce Willis will star in pretty much anything that pays these days. But, I'm surprised the stars they got, including Goodman.
at Momoa's ridiculous character in the trailer.
Famke Janssen actually appeared on The Today Show recently to promote this movie. So they must have had some money for advertising.

Seems like another one where a limited role by Willis is being falsely blown into a co-lead on the posters and marketing. There's patio Bruce, house/office Bruce and what appears to be one sequence with shooting-guns-outside Bruce.

If Bruce Willis isn't careful, he may soon be hit by a class-action lawsuit. The legal action will be started by disgruntled moviegoers paying good money in theaters and through VOD to see his latest vehicle, only to be chagrined when they discover the Die Hard star going through the motions. That is, when Willis shows up at all, since despite his star billing the actor's appearances are often little more than gloried cameos.
Another couple dozen of these movies and he'll be co-starring with Seagal if he's not careful.

I rented this off the Google Play store for $2 today and watched it.
Pretty standard Lionsgate Premiere straight to video action release. Not God awful, but watchable.
Grillo is really the star of this movie. Willis has a small supporting part. He plays Grillo's neighbor who is also a former cop and ends up helping him.
There's some shootouts and action, but the shootouts are so poorly directed. The Cincinnati cops are so incompetent with how they handle shootouts and end up needlessly getting killed by only 1 assailant. Grillo is just a bank manager and he ends up doing the work of an experience detective/FBI agent to track down the assailant who robbed his branch and killed the security guard.
The ending is very silly. I'd give this between a C and C+
