The link was posted in a FB group I'm in. Otherwise I'd have no idea that they're desperately clawing the inside of their casket.

I wonder if it has something to do with the movie being made about this mess...

4 days 21 hours ... March 22. Wouldn’t April 1st have been more appropriate?
Has anybody contacted them?
Variety said they received no reply and are postulating a relaunch. https://variety.com/2021/film/news/m...ch-1234932183/
I’m betting all accounts are reactivated and credit cards will be charged. They are just waiting for the stimulus checks to hit so people don’t notice.
EDIT: Stock investors get ready! HMNY has jumped 165% since the clock appeared! Tusday’s close was up to $0.0085!

slightly off topic but is it my imagination or are thread titles not longer 'static' within posts like the old titles like they used to be? I seem to recall before when a title changed the individual posts would retain the old title on them but this is no longer the case as all pages have the same header for the individual posts now. (hope that makes sense.)

^ I've noticed that too. I wonder if it also has anything to do with whether or not each post was written in the Quick Reply box vs. Advanced.

Wow. That really is the only logical conclusion to all of this.

Every major entertainment outlet is probably embarrassed they fell for this.

To be fair, one of the original co-founders is the one who purchased it ... not the idiots from Helios & Matheson. It wasn't available to me back then, but I understand it was a good service before they sold it to a shady analytics company.
Still no response to my e-mail.

I enjoyed the service prior to H&M.
Heck, I enjoyed it after, but I knew it was the beginning of the end from the get go.

For the record, Helios and Matheson no longer owns the MoviePass IP. The original owner bought it back.

I predict they will charge between $30-40 per month. That's the only way it can be a viable busines model. But then again, many aren't going to trust them since Helios and Matheson ran the brand into the ground.
