Anyway, in an effort to move on, I'm really looking forward to seeing this movie (Just saw it was awarded DVD Collector's Series status) but as the UK Steelbook isn't out until Dec 27th, I suppose I'll have to wait a bit longer. (Mmmm, Steelbook!)

Even though I would normally just rent it on Netflix, this movie was so awesome I will support it and buy the Blu-Ray.

I enjoyed this movie immensely in theaters (look to earlier posts for my review), and plan on getting the Blu-Ray. I think it's interesting how a thread's popularity can skyrocket simply by someone discussing a hot button issue and completely derailing the original purpose.

I missed it in theaters, and I haven't purchased a DVD/Blu-ray since I don't know when (maybe when The Wire: Season 5 came out?). Anyway, I picked up the Blu-ray combo as a blind buy, watched it last night, and absolutely loved it! Can't wait to dig through all the features.

For some reason I couldn't find a thread in DVD, so I'm asking here. Does the standard DVD come with the Scott Pilgrim vs. The Animation short, or is that only on the Bluray?

Nope. The DVD has the deleted scenes, the trivia track, the blooper reel, the galleries, and the audio commentaries...nothing else.
