Even if you're not a fan of blaxploitation movies, this is an absolute must see. So many quotable lines and great scenes they packed into less than 90 minutes of movie. The scene in his office where the boom mic is visible (and afro runs into it) is absolute gold. I thought it out-grindhoused the Rodriguez/Tarantino offerings.

Great flick.

I remember being blown away by the promo trailer that was making the rounds waaayyyyy before this came out. Looked like gold to me, so when it hit theaters I took my gf on opening weekend and we saw it in a smaller theater at the local multiplex. The entire crowd was literally in tears from the get go. Everyone was laughing so hard that I missed a lot of jokes. Since then, the film has ascended to my top 20 of all-time. I watched everything on the BD, I keep the film on my iPhone for quick viewing and I tell everyone I can to see it.
I pray Jai White makes a sequel. I need more of this character.

The funny in this movie isn't just the script or look, its just completely how perfect Jai White nails the lines.

"I'd like to take the credit, but dig, mama, there's no "i" in "revolutio...", in "team.""
Motherfuck is this film brilliant.

I had one of my better movie-going experiences with BD, as the audience was really into it, and laughing so hard at all the right places.

Still kills me that Apparition / Sony gave this film a terrible theatrical release that only maybe played in a handful of theaters, most which were midnight screenings only.
If Apparition was smarter, because well they're almost defunct now and for good reasons, they would've released this after The Boondock Saints II and attached the trailer to it.

i just watched this again. Classic! I kinda wish somebody would make a "whitesplotation" film now that we have a Black President but it would be very Un-PC. The could have the anti-hero be a redneck white trash blue collar guy that spouts off Larry the Cable Guy catchphrases and constantly hits girls, you know the exact opposite of Black Dynamite, they could call it White Firecracker

One of the funniest lines & deliveries in the history of film by Jai White.
"I'll send your ass back to Crenshaw Pete's with his hot-ass coathangers bitch, would you like that"

This one is my favorite quote from the whole movie and there were A LOT of good ones.

Thanks for the thread. I saw that it came on Starz this morning and set it to record. Everybody has been talking about how funny it is. Can't wait to watch it.

I don't think it ever hit theatres over her in Britain. A friend and I were looking out for it for ages but it never seemed to materialize. In the end she bought the Blu-ray for me for my birthday and we watched it with a large group of friends. Cracking stuff. Don't think it'll get a sequel though as I can't imagine it was financially successful.

Was this the mishmash trailer that had White blended in with footage from Street Fighter and Truck Turner? Too bad this wasn't included on the disc. Is it on the Blu?
