You should read the comments on that page. Some guy speculates that the Kneecap thing was just a practical SFX department excuse to have the people wear knee pads.

Ass munching most likely. The carpet is on the other side of the room. And what happens when that special time of the month rolls around? It could be a bloody affair when that happens. The more you think about this shit the worse it gets. This movie really is a terrible idea and really should have never been made.

I don't get it. It's a horror movie with a truly horrific concept, not just some guy with a knife chasing women around or a monster dismembering people, and people are complaining.
