I'm sure they'll come. It looks like a cool sci-fi/action thriller type.

The majority of people I know want to see it. One person thinks it looks weird, but a lot of people who previously (before the trailer) didn't know about this film are excited about it.

Ditto. People see the suspense and action etc. Also....from the director of TDK...well....it's hard for them to forget how cool that movie was so....that adds in too.

Ok, I caved and watched the trailers for this. Wow. Wow. Wow. I'm definitely there opening weekend.

DeCaprio, Caine, Watanabe, Gordon-Levitt, Cotillard, Page, Murphy, Berenger, Haas.

This is the most appealing casting list i've seen in ages. This movie is going to make a massive amount of money. It looks like a good Spielberg film as well, but only better.

I get goosebumps every time I watch the trailer. I know my expectations are a bit high now, but I have a feeling this is actually gonna be an awesome flick!

There are some scenes from the trailer that remind me a bit of Jacob's Ladder and The Fountain as well...

yeah..it's an amazingly strong cast. Very very. The interesting thing about them is that they're very not mainstream personality. I mean they're popular but they're not over hyped breed of actor. They're all very well trained by now.

Re: Inception (Nolan, 2010): Contemporary Sci-fi/Action

From what I could interpret from the trailer, i'm assuming there is going to be a DiCaprio versus Gordon-Levitt dream showdown. Gordon-Levitt is new on the job, gets partnered with DiCaprio, some shit goes down in which Gordon-Levitt causes some trouble or is working for someone else, and then the showdown happens in which DiCaprio's mind is stronger than Gordon-Levitt's. In the dream showdown, I'm betting Gordon-Levitt is going to use Cotillard (the "dead wife") as a weakness to fight against DiCaprio. Those are my guesses! And I bet someone is going to be sneaking into Berenger's head - since he's such a business man type now.

This will probably be good, but most likely won't live up to the hype. I'm keeping my expectations in check. If it's only almost as good as Minority Report, I'll be satisfied.

Am I the only one that thinks they went WAY overboard with the CGI?

I originally thought that, but now I doubt it. Watch the trailer again, closely. I believe there is a traitor, but its not JGL.

Yeah it seems like JGL is doing his best to work with DiCaprio's problem...not against it. But who gives a fuck? I just want it to be a damn good movie, right?

It seems like they are fighting (in the falling hallways and it looks like JGL is about to push DiCaprio down the steps. Maybe it's like a buddy dream fight? (like Iron Man vs War Machine).

Ellen Page is probably going to help DiCaprio escape out of fucked up dream he's stuck in. Her name is Ariadne, which means "Ariadne (very holy one, devout), is a name borne in Greek mythology by King Minos' daughter, who gave a thread to Theseus, which enabled him to escape from the labyrinth."

Thanks!
I did make it, yes.
I need to make that text flow smoother. Right now it takes too long and feels choppy.

When they are in the car when the water bursts through, someone has handcuffs on and a bag over his head.
Spoiler:
Based on the clothes Tom Hardy was wearing during the last clip if the trailer, he is the one in the bag and handcuffs. In one of the released images JGL is putting explosives in a bag, the same bag he has with him while in the elevator holding a detonator. This seems to be during the same section of the film that JGL is watching over the "dreamers" (1:58). At 1:03 he is seen closing a elevator with unconscious people in it. This seems to be in the same dream as when he is taking care of the dream team in the hotel room, and fighting off the people in the elevator, as there is little gravity. What I think happens is that he fights off people to protect the team, and ends up killing him self via explosives to save the team, and that Hardy ends up being the baddie along with Wantanabe. But I could be wrong.

Definitely shaping up to be the movie of the summer (as far as meeting or exceeding expectations quality-wise) along with Toy Story 3.

Apparently new footage and behind the scenes footage is being shown before "The Prince of Persia" at AMC theaters. God damn it, somebody better put it online.
