That's not the point. The quality and craftsmanship of those costumes are far too good to be made for use in a porno. They look good enough to be in a mainstream feature film.

It's a testament to the whoever the porn companies got to fabricate those costumes. I approve.

I definitely agree. I'm just wondering who was hired to make them and how much did those costumes cost.

I know it's shocking but some porn companies actually have good production values.

I'll say this. I never had an issues with Clooney as Batman. Clooney was NOT the problem in those films and he gets a bum rap.

Clooney became the scapegoat, and unfairly so.

He didn't have much to work with but I've always agreed that he wasn't the reason the film was bad.

Yes they do...they've spent up to $1 million on some of their releases. Doesn't sound like a ton, but it gets close to Network TV-quality, and you also need to remember in comparison to mainstream talent, they pay their "talent" virtually nothing (a few thousand for the "top" girls, and no residuals).

Yeah, like I said earlier I don't remember too much of his performance from Batman & Robin, but I seem to recall that his Bruce Wayne was actually pretty decent. I don't remember much of his Batman but he probably could've done a decent job with a better script.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)

Clooney's performance consisted mostly of head bobbing during his line readings.
I thought he would have been a perfect fit for the character going in, but I wasn't impressed. Yes, the material wasn't there either- but nothing I actually saw made me wish I could have seen his take in a better production.

And I like Clooney quite a bit- more than most people probably. I think he is a true classic movie star in the best sense of the word. He just did nothing for me as Wayne or Batman. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt though if he ever revisited the character for a Kingdom Come or Dark Knight Returns adaptation. Doubt it would ever happen, but could be interesting if it did.

For sure. Those costumes are really fucking impressive.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises (Nolan)

Don't they have to get DC's permission to use the characters? (or did they?)

I know there's a ton of porn parodies out there, but I find it hard to believe they can use exact replicas of these characters without consent or having to pay royalties. That Bane looks like they snuck into WB and stole a spare costume, lol!

----

As for Clooney, I think on paper he should have made an excellent Bruce Wayne, but the film just didn't work out that way. Kilmer was very good imo, but Bale really knocks it out of the park. Never bought Keaton as BW, but not a bad Batman.

The porno Bane seems more imposing than the Hardy Bane. At least he's bigger than the director.

I'm not a fan of porn but...I'd probably want to see this just to see wtf the movie will actually be like cuz it's got some pretty damn good costume design already.

I'm actually curious to see what Batmobile design they use for this.

Also, other than Ivy, I guess Batman's not gonna get much action in this. I googled Aiden Ashley (the chick playing Catwoman) and she doesn't ever do guys. Even in the sole orgy video she's done, the guys didn't get to so much as brush up against her.

Oh and here's an article on how they avoid copyright infringements.

So some Ivy & Catwoman action? Nothing wrong with that.

No. Not at all.

But I'm guessing Ivy's gonna be the village bycicle in this one. Unless art will finally get his one straight porn wish.

You almost sound disappointed.

For shame.

That picture of Catwoman has a better costume than the real film.

Not disappointed. Just feeling sorry for Batman is all.

That and, if I was ever in a porno, I'd be sorely disappointed to not get to bang such a hotty. Not that such an "if" would ever happen.

I'm not saying I don't like the costume we got in TDKR for Catwoman...but I really the love the one we got w/ Brubaker's run onward. The goggles, the cowl, and her little backpack too. Just seems more practical.
