I voted Bug's Life but Cars would be my 2nd. I'm still hoping for a Bug's sequel.

You know I hate ranking them. Love 'em all.

That said, I had to vote A Bug's Life. It was their first full-length feature and I instantly fell in love. While I was amazed and delighted at their previous shorts, it was the one that did it for me.

Sorta like your first crush... it's the one that you'll always remember and cherish.

What? I am positive that Toy Story was their first full-length feature. A Bug's Life might have been the first one you saw, but, Toy Story was their first film. In fact, A Bug's Life was the first one I saw, after it was released to DVD. A friend of mine kept urging me to watch it, so, I finally did. I, too, instantly fell in love with it. Then, my friend said, "I can't believe this is the first time you've seen this?! If you loved this one, you should see their first film." So, I watched Toy Story, and I fell even more in love with it!

Having said this, I can't give a ranking, at this time. In fact, I can't even pick which one is tops, for me. I'll have to wait until after I see Ratatouille, which I am seeing on opening day, before I might be able to make any sort of list.

Very tough choice but I voted for The Incredibles by a narrow margin. They're all great and it's hard to pick one over another since they all have high rewatchability.

Hey, it was their first 'scope movie, so you could say it was their first to fill the full length of the typical theater screen.

Cars was the only one I was mildly disappointed in (it's still better than any other current animation out there) and I obviously haven't seen Ratatouille, but my vote also goes to Incredibles.

Voted: Toy Story

#1. Toy Story - Pixars finest movie. I'm glad it made AFI's 100 years...100 movies list at #99.

#2. Monsters, Inc. - This movie exceeded my expectations. John Goodman was perfect for the voice of "Suelly" & I'm not a huge fan of Billy Crystal but the voice fit the Mike W. very well.

#3. Toy Story 2 - Fine edition to the Toy Story franchise & Pixar.

#4. Finding Nemo - Very fun, entertaining movie.

#5. A Bug's life - Like Finding Nemo it was fun but just not as good as FN.

#6. The Incredible's - Didn't enjoy it as much as I thought i was going to. It was nice to hear the underrated Craig T. Nelson's (Coach, Poltergeist 1 & 2) though.

#7. Cars -The weakest Pixar movie of the bunch. It wasn't horrible or anything but it wasn't all that great either.

Can't wait too see Ratatouille when it comes to DVD.

For me, it was the first time a Pixar movie seemed to be conforming to a kind of narrative template. It seemed by the numbers. Plus, I hate NASCAR.

The character designs were what turned me off. If I want to see talking cars I'd just lay off my meds.
