Well the only difference is that George Lucas invented Star Wars... so it was his baby and he could do whatever he wanted with it. So really people can complain... but George can always come back and say...it's my idea to begin with so you either like it or leave it.

Whereas Mike Bay... that statement can hold a bit more weight for those hardcore G1 fans.

Last night I had a read of one of the earlier scripts and it wasn't too bad. Some throw away lines in the script that I hope will be literally thrown away. The way some the scenes play out are pretty good. But it is Hollywood and why do they have to make Sam seem like the loser in his class? Like not all kids that become special are losers. Ugh... these guys need to learn how to write. Anyway it was an early draft so i shouldn't get too worked up.
