If I had to say it right now, Terminator. However, if T3 proves a big pile of crap on level with GF III, then I might have to go with Matrix as a trilogy. I will say that I would probably pick the first two Terminator movies over the Matrix trilogy right now, but I haven't seen the third part of either.
