Ron Perlman's the guy who played the vampire with the shaved head if that's what you're asking. That's all makeup too -- no cgi with him.

He didn't play a vampire in Blade 2

Yeah, he did. He was the one with the bomb in his head. He was also in Alien: Ressurection.

My bad. I knew Perlman was IN Blade 2. He's one of my favorite actors. I just didn't think he played a Vampire. Guess I need to rewatch the movie.

Yeah . . . he's a great actor, but never seems to get huge parts in mainstream movies. I think that his most well-known role was Koulikov in Enemy At The Gates, but my favorite performance of his was in The City Of Lost Children.

This movie appears to be a bad version of Little Nicky from the trailers. You couldn't pay me to see it.

Actually, I always thought that this was his most well-known role:

Yeah, the new one is very Indiana Jones/Star Warsey with the painted style....however, usually when a movie's gutsey enough to do that, people get high expectations...I'm sure this movie will delivery probably. However, I prefer the original poster, although it's perhaps less flashy.

The poster is actually going to be very rare to find as del toro didn't want it to be altered in any way and it not becoming a one-sheet. He also mentioned something about only a limited amount being printed. or something along those lines.

The guy cusses a great deal. It's pretty interesting to see the amount of times he says "*****'in" in a sentence. Cool dude.

We are preparing that BEST BUY free DVD and a new trailer and a series of "long form" (60 second) spots to debut on cable and TV earlier than planned. We all felt this was money better spent than a 30 second spot in the post game at the Super Bowl.
Gigantic STANDEES will be in theatres VERY SOON and they are quite cool and beautiful.
We have decided to keep the street poster campaign with its current look and preserve and issue the Drew poster into all comic book shops and speciality retail stores, use it in printed media (papers, etc) and offer a generous quantities of it signed by Drew through the website. It is a beauty to behold and will be in your hands -some of them- very soon.
We are -tentatively- talking about a double disc release on DVD by Aug and a Triple disc, extended version in and around Christmas. A SIDESHOW boxed/bust/3dvd is likely to become available then.
The Best Buy DVD Footage is rather well and shows baby hellboy to some extent.

I'm fairly happy to have the current poster though....

Drew Struzan is more than likely the most famous poster illustrator in the last 30 years. He's done everything from Star Wars to Indiana Jones to Back to the Future.

Here's his site, if you'd like to check it out.

Off topic, but that Blade Runner poster on the site is badass. I must have it.

Damn you Jack , as if I didn't want the post enough. Now I really need it. It will go very nice w/ my original one-sheet signed by Ron Perlman, Selma Blair, & Mike Mignola

I run a comic book store But haven't seen this solicated in any way yet.

Where did you get Del Toro's signature? Damn you again

I've been on record here since the very first rumor of this movie being made, that this movie will be amazing. Del Toro is one of my favorite director's & since it first started Hellboy has been my favorite comics.
