I thought North Dallas Forty was a classic?

I want to say it's a Paramount flick if I remember correctly. They had a habit of dumping their unsold catalog inventory on DVD in Walmart's discount bins. The Hollywood studios stopped that practice as Blu-ray became more popular.

Maybe I should have left my blu-ray copy in the shinkwrap and waited for 4K but the movie is ok and probably not worth upgrading

Mean Girls (2004) is now being listed for release in 4k on 4/30. Cool slipcover and the case is pink.

I hear that The Crow 4K disc is coming out in May. It's on P+ in 4K DV/5.1 via Apple TV 4K app, though.

The Departed is coming out on UHD.

Classic Flix' UHD release of Meet John Doe has been cancelled due to poor pre-orders. The Blu-ray and DVD editions are still happening, though.

I own the earlier Blu-ray release. I think this will come down to its HDR grading. There's definitely enough vivid color in Belladonna for it to pop for vintage animation.
