Buying one copy for personal use is normal behavior. Buying two (and keeping one sealed) is collector's behavior.

Buying up all of them from multiple stores (not for resale, but just so no one else can have them) is definitely a troll move.

To get back on topic, the case does look pretty nice, but I'll just pick up the regular one at the cheapest price I can find it.

Well back to Avengers topic. Just ran by my local BB yesterday since I was passing by and found about 10 cases on the shelf. Picked up 1 (one, uno, une.........)

I bought 2 and flipped the second on ebay. Is that bad? After ship and fees, I broke even for both cases.

ITT: Buying out the stock of multiple stores just to keep them for yourself isn't trolling.

Bragging about doing so when you know that other people are having difficulty finding the item for themselves is trolling.

The problem is - its others who defines their own perspective of Trolling. I Love spending, I get what I wanted and Im just sharing it.

For me, my intention is not to brag - I just post what I buy and with far far less degree of difficulty obtaining/owning it.

Its a hobby for me meaning I spend to collect (the manner how I collect it and show it is different story to others but for me its just sharing my collection)

Scott, there is a difference between sharing and seeking (as per your wordings)

Funny thing is - you are more guilty compare how you perceive me sharing collections.

I am "In topic" of the product I share with the thread, unlike you - for some retard reason sharing a DVD of ICE AGE Steelbook in an Avengers Viva Metal Case Blu-Ray thread? thats way too weird and far out.

And you expect me to follow your advise?

it may not be the best movie, but with your anality you will never have it. it has a completely matte finish, as most do not, and is just gorgeous in hand.

you may have The Little Mermaid or Iron Man Blu-ray which are crazy rare cases, but no one but me will possess this particular North American 2-disc version of Ice Age 2: The Meltdown SteelBook™.

And this not to toot, as i am not that way, but simply to show you that there is something out there in the world you don't have.

Please...lose sleep!

Mod Note: scot and xage, at this point I suggest you put each other on ignore or simply scroll post each other's posts. This thread is about specific cases for The Avengers. If you aren't talking about that, then you are in the wrong thread.

Re: The Avengers - 3D Blu Ray metal case.

Picked one up today at the nearest BB to me in Springfield,IL. Had about 20 of them on the endcaps.

Really a very nice case, great quality.

If anyone wants my Sideshow code, just PM me. First come, first serve...

Re: The Avengers - 3D Blu Ray metal case.

Had to resort to eBay to get mine. All 3 stores I went to in NY were wiped out. Seller says its minty mint, so we'll see.

I saw another version up on Amazon.de with a different spine. Looks pretty cool.

I hope you didn't pay too much for it.

Seriously people, if you really need one, I'll grab one at my best buy and send it to you for cost plus shipping. Last time I was at best buy, they still had about 15 of them.

Re: The Avengers - 3D Blu Ray metal case.

Picked up one for myself at my local Best Buy. I'll probably do what others have mentioned and grab the Target 3-Disc set to put in it.

It was reasonable. Probably 2-3 dollars more than cost + shipping.

I checked 6 bestbuy stores and I couldn't find one at all. I ended up bought one from ebay for $19 shipped.
