I've been waiting for this one for a long while too. I remember seeing the preview before Paquin even filmed the pilot for "True Blood".

Well something certainly went wrong with the theatrical release of this movie considering all the promotional merchandise issued. All this for a direct-to-dvd movie? Nice going Warner Brothers... (by the way, the book is pretty awesome if your a fan of the film...)

I'll let you know when my review copy arrives. Considering when this was prepared...it's going to be a tossup. It could be iTunes only, WMV only or both.

Anyone get their greedy little hands on this blu yet? Any chains break the street date?

I'll probably end up renting it this yr (redbox prob) and get it at a cheaper price next Halloween. I doubt it'll drop low enough on the Amazon marketplace in the next few wks to warrant a purchase. I'm certainly not paying $25+ for it.
