Boo to that artwork. Ugly borders and words everywhere. But, I can't really complain; I'll be stoked just to have this on Blu.

That page has been there for something like a year, so I'd be shocked if that's how the cover will really look, assuming this even releases on 10/4.

Re: The Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown thread
Wow, that's annoying. So, you can only get Jackie Brown at Wal-Mart? Sheesh, can I at least order it on Amazon?
Bad, bad, bad decision. I mean, who's going to be looking for Jackie Brown on blu-ray? I somehow don't believe Wal-Mart's typical customer is looking for, or in many cases has even heard of the film. I live in L.A., surrounded by Best Buy's and Frys, and honestly don't think I've ever seen a Wal-Mart in this area. What deal could Wal-Mart have given them to basically shut out 90% of consumers who would actually want this movie?

I read something on The Digital Bits stating that Wal-mart may have jumped the gun on JB being exlcusive, and that more official announcements are coming shortly.

I would love to see some commentaries for these. Why can't Tarantino team up with Edgar Wright like they did on Hot Fuzz and do a track for each film?

Re: The Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown thread
I don't think Tarantino's ever going to do a commentary on his own film. He should -- I think his excuse was once that he saw Pulp Fiction so many times at festival screenings he just couldn't bear to sit through it again, but it's been 17 years -- but I don't think he will.
