Expect this to grow as I buy up the DVD editions that people sell off to buy the Bluray upgrades :)

Hell yes.

It's one of those movies I keep holding off on ordering from the UK because I keep hoping for a non-Netflix US release. As much as I prefer Criterion to focus on films that are unavailable on DVD, I wouldn't even mind seeing a boxset of Moodysson's first three films - Show Me Love, Together, and Lilya 4-Ever - all of which are fantastic, in my opinion. Show Me Love, if I recall correctly, isn't available anywhere in an anamorphic edition.

It's was between Pandora's Box & Children Of Paradise, but I love so many of the films in the collection.

I have the UK Lilya DVD, but I would LOVE for a Criterion Blu too!

Not sure if Google is slow to find them or if Criterion might disable search engines from archiving but some are turning up via https://www.google.com/search?q=%22F...i&cr=&safe=off

I'm going to disagree, not that it really matters, but if you've pre-ordered, the item is going to be yours. It's more than an intention to buy it some time in the future, you've ponied up and said, I'm buying it so it's now part of your collection.

Here's my page

Couldn't add a couple titles since they didn't have my version of the movie too choose (original releases of Seven Samurai, Lady Vanishes, a few more).

I guess, because i have had pre-orders & DVDs cancelled in the past, I don't count owning a DVD until I have it in my hands.

Add them from whichever version they have, the list isn't composed by edition, just title (if I have a dvd and blu for a title I can't add both as it assumes I'm duplicating).

I didn't have a problem adding both the DVD and Blu.

I too ran into a few I couldn't add, like the original Solaris and Seven Samurai versions for instance.

Is there a trick to doing it (adding both)? Every time I tried to add the 2nd version, the add to collection selection would be red and clicking it would just prompt a box to pop up asking me if I was sure I wanted to delete the title.

I have the mirror version of Solaris but I just put the one they have into my collection.

This thing may def. lead to some sales for Criterion as I'm finding a lot of scifi stuff I didn't know about before.

No trick at all. I just added one then searched again and added the other version. Are you trying to add them at the same time or something?

Nope, I went through the dvd listings 1st (I added them via each film's page) as I have more of those, then when I moved over to Blu-rays the above mentioned would occur on titles I'd already entered into my collection as a dvd. Strange. Maybe the advanced listing method (Brand: Criterion Format: Blu-ray) defaults to the dvd's page (even though it shouldn't)? I hadn't thought of that when entering my titles.

If that is so, WOW....I never thought Universal would let Criterion have the rights to Rear Window.

Got to your My Criterion page and then click on your collection and use the + add films link instead of adding them from their film page. That is how I put all mine in and never had that problem.

Regarding the My Criterion thing, the film listings don't always seem to be clear if something is 16x9 or not. Am I missing something?

Man I really need to brush up. I can barely even guess at the hint, let alone get it right. And what's worse is that I've seen both guesses and still couldn't get it!
