I remembered there being a story about the old PP DVD. Here's an old thread on the topic.

Re: Blu-ray release announcements - Part IV

Nov, 17, 2020 from Shout Factory

I thought it was released or I forgot I bought it but it never came out on Blu-ray in the U.S.

Worth revisiting to see Kelly Preston in the bed scene with Arnold.

Crossroads is coming out January 12th on BD from Millcreek.

This is a really underrated 1980s movie. Incredible blues soundtrack. It will probably be available at Walmart, so I'll look for it there.

I always liked Accepted and still have the DVD. If I see it cheap at Walmart I might consider buying it.

Jonah Hill really committed himself in that movie putting on an astonishing 150 extra pounds for that role.

Incredibly solid A/V quality for a movie first released when BD and HD DVD were just beginning. Mill Creek also included almost all of the special features. I don't think Accepted is a classic but it's a fun romp. There's no way a few of the jokes in it would even be allowed today, much less in a PG-13 rating.

Re: Blu-ray release announcements - Part IV

I’m 0 for 7 on those but I’m glad to see them still supporting physical media.

Though I should probably watch The Saint at some point. I found the soundtrack at a thrift store years ago and absolutely loved it.

^^ I'm with you. I might get Bad News Bears at some point but only because I already have most of Richard Linklater's filmography.

I hope this means Jazz might come out on Blu-ray soon as well. I noticed it has been airing again, too.

As much as I’m a fan of Arnold Schwarzenegger Twins is one of my least favorite of his movies. I like him in comedies, but just not that one. Not really a fan of Junior either.

Paramount seems to be releasing quite a bit of catalog stuff lately. For the longest time it seemed like they hardly released anything. Ordered Small Soldiers once I found out it was releasing. Also plan to grab Good Burger. It’s goofy, but I liked it as a kid and was a fan of Kenan and Kel.
