I'm not buying that if that's the price for the first movie only.

SLP for Ghostbusters should be $28.95.

Waiting for the eventual Blu-ray 2-pack. I'd pay $20-25 for the two.

I think that it will be a mistake if they try to release GB2 later, seperately. In all honesty, GB2 is little more than an "extra" for GB1. How many people would really have GB2 if it wasn't bundled with almost every copy of GB1? It would be similar to the GF 1/2 vs. GF 3.

Whether it's an "extra" or not, I maintain that it still better have real extras of its own. Deleted scenes is the bare minimum, IMO, although that would make me happy.

Glad Sony came to its senses. Still a bit miffed it wasn't bundled with GB2 though. I'll grab both cheap eventually.

It seems plans have changed, but I wouldn't be shocked if the first movie alone is still released in a pack like that. SLIME!

That pic was from awhile ago.... the release might've changed, for ex you'd think they'd be advertising the 25th anni on it now. I really hated that cover art, so I hope it's different.

Glad they lowered the MSRP. Now if only Universal would get with the program as well.

Not trying to nitpick, but I think Universal's been one of the better ones at pricing for catalog titles... $30 down the line with the exception of Bourne which is still only $95 for three. Disney and Fox are still at $35 (sometimes more) for it's old movies... Paramount's still pricing it's catch-up titles at a higher price too...

Cover art has been posted. From The DigitalBits.com:

Blue slime, instead of green. Interesting.

That cover art is terrible. Absolutely terrible. And they can't even spell Aykroyd right.

What's wrong with the logo on a black background?

I'm almost surprised that Sony didn't have some terrible big-head photoshop job for this cover.

I don't like what we're getting, though. The black background would be just fine.

That picture makes it looks like the ghost is emerging from a Stargate, lol.

Blue background looks stupid. Should be green or black.

Yeah, I'm getting kind of sick of these blue themed backgrounds...

I dont mind the cover but they should have left it green slime and put it in a green case like the inc. hulk BD did.

That's my spin - black cover would be perfect.

Re: Ghostbusters 25th anniversary june 16th

Misspelling Aykroyd is pretty unforgivable. Hope that error doesn't make it to production.
