To call this bad is doing an injustice to bad movies. Can't believe this was made. I thought he was funny in the couple of other things I saw him in. I need to start checking IMDB ratings before I drop $3.00 on a rental. I know those things aren't gospel but when a movie has a rating of 3, I will head the warning.

A revisit. Forgot all about Alice Eve's Carol Markus being welcomed to the family at the end. Apparently he banged her and dumped her by the time Beyond happened.

The Nice Guys
I was not impressed with the trailer but it was better than what I expected though it had some funny moments but not a LOL comedy,

John Rambo...remember loving the brutality of this one. Watching the extended cut, it's still a solid movie, but the CG and especially blood was terrible. Can't wait to revisit first one.

Murphy's Law (1986). Bronson + Cannon = a rockin' good time!

Transformers: The Movie...remember liking this more long ago, but it's not a great movie imo.

I watched "An American Werewolf in London" last night and the new version is stunning in comparison to the heavily grainy and edge-enhanced version we've had to endure for years. I flipped between both discs and the new version is a revelation. The older version is nearly unwatchable now. While it may look slightly soft at times, the detail in the "restored" version is still there and the grain, which was a major distraction previously, is finer but in no way scrubbed out completely. This is, hands down, the best this film has ever looked on home video. And it still holds up—deserving far more recognition than it has received over the years.

I just wish I knew why it was so fucking hard to include the fucking mono.

Yeah, but sometimes you take what you can get. And at $9.99 this "restored" version is worth that and then some. I really enjoyed watching this film without the blizzard of heavy grain. No regrets here.Originally Posted by hanshotfirst1138

First Blood was the best and his speech at the end was powerful though not very well acted.Originally Posted by OldBoy

It makes you want to got into a forest on a cloudy rainy overcast day and fight Brian Denehey lol.
Me Before You
I thought it would suck but it was pretty good though maybe too sad or corny for some people.

I saw both in the theater and wanted to take another look on BR.
Nice Guys was very fun
NYSM2 still a little confusing to me. Reminded me a little of how they made Ocean's Twelve overly complicated with too many twists. You lost track.

Everest 3D...beautifully shot and gorgeous in 3D. Thought it would be more of an emotional impact. Really didn't sadden me like it should. Very well done though.

Not enough character development to be emotionally moved. But I sure did get dizzy a couple of times...this is one of those films that is greatly enhanced in 3DOriginally Posted by OldBoy

This set arrived yesterday and I eagerly dove in to "Curse of the Werewolf." However, this has to be one of the weakest links in the Hammer Films' library. By the time we get to see Oliver Reed as the werewolf he is soon being chased by the town folk from one rooftop to another. He's as menacing as a squirrel in a tree. This one was just very difficult to get through....well there's 7 more in this collection and a couple that I know I'll enjoy. I've recently viewed "Werewolf of London" and "An American Werewolf in London." This one is a very distant third. Plan on checking out Lon Chaney's "Wolf Man" and the recent remake with Benicio Del Toro.
