Much better than part 1. I agree the pacing was horrible in that one.

Thor Liked this one a little better than Captain America. Natalie Portman gets more beautiful as time goes by.

Mission: Impossible
Mission: Impossible II

This was my first time watching any of the M:I movies. I enjoyed them both quite a bit. I plan on watching the third tomorrow night and going to see the fourth on Tuesday.

Polar Express

The Conspirator not bad but seemed more like something that should have been on public television instead of a feature film

Jurassic Park (1993) - Say what you will, I love this film! Apparently, I love it more than my father whose reaction was "that was fine."

Source Code- a blind buy I picked up cheap in the lightning deal a few weeks ago. Loved it! I was hoping/expecting to like it, but was surprised just how satisfying it turned out to be on multiple levels.

Green Lantern: Emerald Knights - Much better than the feature film, and worth the $8 I paid around BF, but the ring slinging got to be a bit tedious mid way through the film. I had to watch this over a couple nights and it worked better taken in smaller doses- which the vignette format facilitates.

SPL: Sha Po Lang

Such a fun film. Can't go wrong with Donnie Yen, Sammo Hung, Wu Jing and Simon Yam all in the same film with Wilson Yip directing.

Avatar (2009) - Watched this with my dad. His reaction: "That was fine." My reaction: "I'm beginning to think you don't actually like movies."

Green Lantern Actually enjoyed this quite a bit. Always like Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively is always smokin hot. Because of the CGI, this is more like a live action cartoon but plenty of action.

Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King

Something about the Christmas season that made me want to give these suckers a re-watch. I tend to flip right on by them when they play them every weekend on TNT, TBS, WE, Oxygen, MTV2, Univision and Music Choice: Alternative Rock as to not burn myself out on them. The last time I watched the trilogy in full was about the time the Return extended came out on DVD.

Picked up the 74-disc set during BF and it was worth every penny. The Fellowship is definitely greener but it wasn't as annoying as I expected from that Blu-ray.com thread that gave my eyes AIDS. There was some annoying smearing on Two Towers but other than that all three films looked awesome.

A lot better than I thought and the DTS-HD Master audio is well done.

Hall Pass - funny movie, I enjoyed it despite mostly negative and lukewarm reviews.

Horrible Bosses - average comedy at best, started off real sluggish but ended ok, a black comedy I thought at first.. It totally wasn't.

Hangover II - Meh, Not funny (just like the original). Easily the weakest comedy I saw out of the 3.

Jurassic Park Video 4/5, Audio 5/5

Hangover II had it's outrageous moments but between the redundancy and watching it alone, it didn't have the lol moments the first one had
