I hope Silence of the Lambs is still coming March 3rd. DVD Empire is the only place I have seen with a pre-order. Amazon and Best Buy didn't have one up as of last night....and we're now less than 30 days to release.

It is available for preorder at Columbia House, and they usually do not take preorders for stuff unless it is definitely solid....
