Thinking about pulling the trigger on Lost 3, Lost 4, and Bond Vol. 2.

Do it now!!! If I hadn't already ordered a shitload during this CH B1G1F Blu-Ray deal I would be placing more orders. I'm trying to group some release coming out later so that I can order now and get them down the road.

Placed two orders half hour ago, no response yet. Hopefully I get the deal.

Gave it a shot, cancelled my Godfather order, and created a new one with the 2 Bond collections. I'll have to think about cancelling my Wall-E and Iron Man preorders that I used with a gold box discount if it works for me.

I canceled a whole bunch of single pre-orders and re-ordered to hopefully get the discount. Looks like many others are getting in on it...so I see no reason why I won't either.

With cash pretty tight now, I went for the Bond Vol 2 movies as singles so I get the three that I want for around $16 a piece...

... if this one goes through too.

No responses for me on my 3 emails after 12 hours. I cancelled my box set order, as I did not like the risk of possibly having to pay full price.

All my orders were pre-orders...not too concerned.

I have yet to pick up Planet Earth, and if this deal was guaranteed, it would have been a perfect opportunity to get it ... it was included in my box set order. Maybe I'll try again with pre-orders ... less risk.

Is this still going on? I'm late to the party... was there a Buy 2 Get 1 Free for all Blu-rays? Doesn't seem to work for me.

You have to e-mail Amazon and tell them to "adjust" it for you. Just say you got an e-mail saying it was Buy 1 get 1 Free on all Blu-rays...seems to be working for everyone else. Me, 2 hours later, still waiting for adjustments...

I got a response to my one email in a matter of minutes. I wrote customer service through the promotional offers subject.

Got all my adjustments as well. I wonder if heads are going to roll for this one.

what's the longest anyone has had to wait so far? I sent them an email at 7:30 right after I placed my order.. It's been 3.5 hours now.

I placed one around 5pm and one around 9pm. I've heard nothing on either, but like you, they're all preorders.

I received a reply about 90 minutes after my second order was placed.

I didn't use the general email form, I used the one from the Promotions Help section.

Click that link and then the Contact Us button, choose your order, click email, and then from the pull down for the subject, choose "General Inquiry."

Both of my responses came quickly after using that form.
