Although it says TBA on the webpage there are release dates December 31, 2013 for Frankenhooker and Maniac Cop and December 31, 2012 for The Exterminator, I'm sure it's subject to change. And all 3 will also be mine!

Great lineup of films!
I guess it'll be Synapse's Maniac Cop BD vs. Arrow's

Frankenhooker was good for a laugh back in the day, but it's nothing I'd want to revisit. Definitely in for the previously announced Exterminator and of course Maniac Cop.

From Fangoria:
No mention of Hands of the Ripper however.
“INTRUDER’s coming along well,” (Don) May tells Fango about the Scott Spiegel supermarket-slasher gorefest. “The reason we’ve been waiting is that Scott has been tied up with HOSTEL: PART III, and we had to secure a time when he and [producer] Lawrence Bender could get together to do their audio commentary, so it was taking a while. But the commentary should happen shortly, and all the other extras are being put together right now by Michael Felsher at Red Shirt Pictures. The new hi-def transfer of the uncut version is all done, and also for THOU SHALT NOT KILL…EXCEPT,” Josh Becker’s Manson-esque cult shocker. “We have everything done for that, and Mike is editing those extras now as well. Those two will be Blu-ray/DVD combo packs, and we’re aiming to get them out by October/November of this year.”
On tap for the same period is the Blu-ray debut of William Lustig’s original MANIAC COP. “We’re doing all sorts of new, exclusive special features and interviews for that one,” May says, “plus, we’re including all the extras from the original DVD release, with a brand new hi-def transfer that I supervised. And the extras for TWINS OF EVIL are being completed by Ballyhoo Motion Pictures’ Daniel Griffith; I know a lot of people are waiting for that one, and we’d like to have that out in November or December, also as a Blu-ray/DVD combo.
Synapse is also giving Frank Henenlotter’s FRANKENHOOKER its Blu-ray debut, and giving the double-disc treatment to THE EXTERMINATOR, James Glickenhaus’ violent vigilante flick starring Robert Ginty and Christopher George. The latter will sport a notable audio upgrade, according to May. “For the longest time, THE EXTERMINATOR has only been released to video in mono in the U.S., even though it was Dolby Stereo in theaters. We looked for many, many months for those stereo tracks, and as we were putting together our release, we discovered a couple of sources for them. So our release will have the original Dolby tracks for the first time in the U.S. We also have commentary by Glickenhaus [moderated by Fango contributor Chris Poggiali], trailers and TV spots, and of course the hi-def transfer of the uncut version.”

From Blu-ray.com --
I contacted James Glickenhaus himself, and he confirmed a BD release (of McBain [1991]) is in the works, featuring his commentary...James Glickenhaus confirmed the BD comes from Synapse Films and It will be a 2K transfer.

Re: Blue Underground and Synapse Films to release on Blu-ray
I must say I was underwhelmed by Cat O' Nine Tails. The story wasn't particularly involving, the cinematography was far less striking than in other Argento films, and the Morricone score was, although functional, not a patch on the soundtracks for Bird, Deep Red, or Inferno, all of which stayed in my head long after the films they accompanied had ended. Overall, my least favorite Argento so far, other than Stendhal Syndrome.

Adam, your Final Word sums up The Nesting succinctly:
I'd replace 'classic atmospheric horror' with 'flat, uneventful filler' though. Having already sat through a VHS copy of the film, I knew what I was in for, but still couldn't resist the $15.99 pre-order. At least it looks great.
The Nesting is an overly talky, awkwardly paced, uninvolving ghost story that every once in a while lobs out a few seconds' worth of tits and gore. It waffles between classic atmospheric horror and shameless exploitation without ever really wrapping its hands around either approach. The Nesting isn't some kind of soul-crushingly embarrassing trainwreck or anything, but it doesn't do anything well enough to scream out for more than a rental.

Yeah, I didn't word that the way I wanted. I meant there that it aimed for classic atmospheric horror, not that it actually pulled it off.

The Exterminator will be receiving a 9/13 release date. I'm actually writing the film's AFI catalog entry, so perhaps they'll let me write off the Blu-ray as a business expense!
