B1G1 Blu-Ray & HD DVD at Columbia House
Columbia House DVD Club is running their first ever B1G1 on Blu-Ray and HD DVD. Could it possibly get any better than that? YES! Pre-orders are working as the free selection! Could it possibly get yet even better that that? YES! Use code 801888 for free shipping on 3!

Awesome! Thanks for posting this! I haven't bought a single thing from Columbia House since I upgraded to Blu-ray but might have to get in on a pre-order here.

^ No message shows up for me when I look in the code message box, but I tested it out anyway and it does give the second title free + free shipping. Amazing. I am bummed that the Juno Blu-ray is not up on the site yet for pre-order though (and probably won't be by the time this promotion ends). All they have up is the DVD for pre-order. I may use this to pre-order Golden Compass though...

Also, this is an unlimited code -- you can buy 2 and get 2 free and so and so forth. I just picked up 3:10 to Yuma and The Golden Compass for $29.96 shipped ($14.98 each). Wow. I love you, Columbia House! I'm glad I didn't cancel my memberships!
PS - I got this to work with free shipping by only ordering two titles. So I don't even think you would have to get 3 titles for the free ship.

^ Absolutely. But sometimes it can take a while to be accepted. Go by phone to increase your chances of acceptance before the promotion ends. Way faster turnaround time.

The advantage sale this has over the Amazon B1G1's is that CH puts ALL their titles in the deal. So stuff like 3:10 to Yuma that has never been on sale before is fair game finally!

Yeah, apparently for me too. Although I only found 79 Blu-Ray titles, and the Fox ones I wanted weren't there. So I don't feel too bad. Unless I can't search their site and failed to find the Fox titles.

"Special" priced items, such as sets, won't work with this sale, FWIW.

Four days ago Columbia House drastically changed the structure and pricing of the CH.com club. It went from a pretty good deal, at times, to pretty crappy. The BOGOF sale offer at CH.com in January was the first ever and, quite likely, the last.
