While i agree that Amazon is the one of the best online retailers on the planet and better than DeepDiscount I have ordered tons of stuff from DeepDiscount and have always gotten it within a week to 10 days,there has been times on pre orders(like the Star trek collection for 38 bucks)that i had to wait weeks after the pre order date for it to finally ship,but for in stock stuff i have never had a problem

Well, I went ahead and changed the order to DDD, and saved about $5, even with still having my Amazon 10% off.

I noticed that not only are the Amazon 11.95 titles 9.98 at DDD all the amazon 14.95 titles are 12.20 at DDD

what month is the 20 percent sale usually at ddd? I wonder if these will still be available at that time.

Yeah, but DDD takes forever to ship half the time and sends a lot of damaged shit, from my experience.

I remember when DD was good, this is why I'm afraid to order from them now.

Many of the HD DVD titles are listed as "Not in Stock" at DD, and have been for some time. I wonder if they will be getting any more in...

Every title I looked up at DDD was out of stock and said it would ship on 3/07/08. I'm leery of this and wonder if they'll actually get any more in stock. I just went ahead and ordered from amazon, they were only about .75 more with my 10% discount.

I applied for numerous refunds on these markdowns and got denied on one and promotional credit on the other, I'll try again tonight. I went to a Hollywood Video (that is closing) and they were charging full retail on the little selection of HD-DVD they had. Went to Newbury Comics and tried to sell a few HD-DVD but they were only offering $3 and the guy said they will be repricing all the used HD-DVD over the next few days.

I would not worry about it -- I ordered a number of titles when their first $12.20 sale hit a couple of weeks ago. Some were backordered and all have shipped.
