On the 18th I emailed them my info, and on the 19th I received a friendly email that they are shipping my replacement.
How did they ship it ... USPS?

Update: I emailed the [email protected] address at the suggestion of the US support line, but it's still weird that the Canadian line doesn't work, no?

Anyone get a response from the [email protected] address in the last day or two? I emailed yesterday morning and have gotten no reply at all. I did provide them with my name and address in the email, so I'm wondering if this is one of those situations where I'm just going to get a disc in the mail with no further communication necessary.

I called them on Monday, and got the disc yesterday. Very quick and easy process. Big thanks to Disney.

Got my response rather quickly.
I am out of town right now, so hopefully I'll get my disc when I get back in a week or so.

I've got a defective disk as well. I guess I'll call them on Monday. How do they go about doing this? Do They just send us a replacement disk? When do we send the faulty one back?

Due to how this replacement is working, I keep seeing a cartoon scene in my head with Disney exec's screaming "How can we have sent out 40,000 replacement discs when we only sold 30,000 copies of the movie?!"
And before someone jumps on it, those are random sales numbers, not stating them as actual. If you were looking at that, you completely missed my point

I'll give it a bit longer as I'm in Canada.

The pictures with the head cut off are around 27 minutes or so, as I just checked my disc today and it is defective.
I sent an email and submitted the online form today. I'm also going to call the number tomorrow.
