For those that had your OC orders canceled, try this:
Call 1-800-593-4361
Wait for it to do it's spanish options thing, then when it starts listing options in english:
press 1, press 5
Explain what happened, that your OC was cancelled even though you were told you would get it for the price listed. My reps told me it was canceled because it was OOS in the warehouse. If they give you the runaround, ask for a manager, and explain it to him/her.
I re-ordered at the current price but an adjustment of $30 is being credited back to me. Also upgraded to 3 day ship to get this over with. Sorta sucks that after ship and tax it's $16 instead of $10, but that's still one heck of a deal for a new release tv show.

Turns out the "One per customer" email it is a text only message, so to have it forwarded to you would make it look no different than what people have already posted here. Sorry for the confusion.

It worked! Today I went into a local CC with printouts of my order from their website, the confirmation email, and a printout of the email saying they'd honor the $20 price. I told the manager on duty I'd like to buy a copy at the listed price since the website was backordered. He barely even glanced at my papers, even seemed surprised that I had brought so many, and then rang me up a copy for $19.99 plus tax with no hassle at all.
I was a little surprised. I was expecting to have to give a long explanation (considering the substantial price difference), or to have the manager think I was pulling a fast one. Instead, he said "It's our website, I guess they know what they're doing."
Obviously YMMV, but anyone who has had a cancelled order might want to try this. Now that I have it in my hands, I was going to cancel my order, but I think I might wait to see if another one ships.

Alright. WTF.
I never got any second email. Just my first initial email that said how much i got it for and etc. when i go onto CC's website and log in. My order says pending. What does pending even mean. Am I going to be in limbo forever with this box set. damn. Should I A. call them or B. go into the store with my email, the TOS and the email saying they will honor the price for only 1 matrix boxset?

Yeah I just called them today as well. They said it was on backorder and I will be recieving a copy through the mail at the given price. We still able to price match so we have 2 copies. one from the mail and one in store?

Just received an email that stating that the item (Matrix Collection) is on back-order, and it will be shipped when it arrives : ) Looks like they're still honoring it. This is the first notification I've received since my original order confirmation.

Yeah, I just received the same message as well. This is the second time I've received the same exact e-mail (the first was the very night I placed my order for the set). I'd feel more comfortable if the price was acknowledged in the e-mail, however.

looks like they jack up the set to 99 bucks on their site. perhaps to recoup the lost.
at least it's backordered as i'd be real pissed if it shows "available". i'm still waiting for mines.
