What OOP dvds do you regret not getting
What titles do you regret no getting while they were readily available? Some of mine are License to Drive, Mischief, Modern Problems, Back to the Beach, & 1984 just to name a few.

Rebecca: Criterion. I held it in my hands, then put it back on the shelf.
Though, thanks to the internet, any OOP DVD can be had for a price...

Dirty Mary Crazy Larry , HR Pufnstuf complete series, Savage Streets, Deathstalker...
Oh yeah, a few years ago Tower had a sale. I had a Mariah Carey dvd in one hand, QUADROPHENIA in the other, both on sale for $9.99 each... I chose Mariah, not one of my bright moments....

Re: What OOP dvds do you regret not getting
There are several WWF dvds produced before the name change to WWE I wish I picked up before they disappeared. The editing (and especially the logo blurring) annoy me to no end.
I was wondering this: Does anyone know if they recalled all of these back in '02. Or just let stores sell off the stock they already had?

Wrong Men and Notorious Women Criterion boxset. I had it in my hands at Best Buy one day and put it back and then regretted it so I went back to pick it up and it was gone. One of the saddest days of my life.

Owned this and Death Race 2000 (Corman Classic Special Edition release) and sold them both off before they went OOP. Since picked up the import Shock Ilsa trilogy from Xploited but I'm not down with the current prices on Death Race.
Otherwise ...just the Fox Lorber release of Tampopo which I passed on numerous times over at a couple of local Borders. Ended up getting a pristine used copy and another title during an offsite trade. Probably cost me about $15. Very happy considering the ridiculous aftermarket prices.

I always wished I had picked up some of the old Disney Platinums while they were still available, most notably The Lion King. I'm not making the same mistake when they come back around on Blu-Ray.

Kept passing up the Sleepaway Camp box set with BB bonus disc, and then it wasn't there anymore. Might have even been the "Red Cross" version, but I don't remember.

Salem's Lot. I added it to my Amazon wish list and about a week later they no longer had it.
Plus a few Disney Treasures and Platinum Editions. I only have myself to blame, but I really hate the whole "vault" concept.

Only thing was the complete Batman - The Animated series that went out of print way too fast, I picked it up here a couple weeks ago.
I did not even get into DVD until some were already out of print, with the luck of pawn shops I was able to get NEW or like new copies of a few DVD's, I was never a fan of this vault idea, I like to be able to buy whatever I want when I can.

Some Disney Treasures.....but I ended up just tossing the tins when I get them, or I'd end up having to get all of them.

The Walt Disney Legacy Collection that features the True-Life Adventure Films. I assumed they would be around for a while and put 'em off, but noticed they quickly vanished from retailer shelves. I was able to pick up Volumes 2 & 3 from Amazon, but 4 is out-of-print and Volume 1 is really out-of-print (2nd-hand sellers want $x3)
